Perform HR Assistant and Coordinator level duties such as assist employees, create reports, process hire and termination paperwork, maintain employee paper and electronic files. Assist in preparation for new employee orientation as well as benefits billing and tracking.

College coursework in Human Resources required. Previous administrative experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to role model excellent internal and external professional service and to maintain confidentiality. Ability to quickly learn to use software. Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel required. Ability to efficiently and accurately enter data.
