This position is responsible for directing and administering benefit programs and compensation for approximately 5000 District employees/retirees. This includes health plans, short and long term disability insurance, life insurance, employee assistance program, flexible spending plans, Health Savings Accounts, employee leaves of absence, sick leave banks, reclassification requests and wellness programs.
