Reporting to the Workforce Development Manager, the Human Resource Representative is responsible for performing a variety of administrative activities in support of Corporate Human Resources by:
· providing assistance in the recruitment process for all admin positions;
· assisting with the onboarding process for new hires;
· updating employee information in the Kronos HRMS system;
· assisting with the drug and alcohol testing process;
· overseeing the employee tuition reimbursements and trainings requests;
· coordinating the company’s years of service program for all locations for both hourly and admin employees;
· organizing and maintaining confidential office files; and
· performing other duties as assigned, including but not limited to: completing employment verification requests; providing clerical support during performance review periods; assisting with writing and maintaining job descriptions; and completing HR related reports
