The White County Board of Commissioners is currently accepting applications for the position of County Manager. This position is responsible for the supervision of County Departments and the day-to-day executive role, serving at the pleasure of the White County Board of Commissioners.

This is a full-time position with comparable pay and benefits assigned. The successful applicant will be subject to a background check and drug screening. The deadline for applications for this position is 5:00 p.m. on February 1, 2012.

The minimum requirements for this position are a bachelor’s degree in public administration or a related field plus at least five years’ experience as a city / county administrator / manager.
