We are seeking a person to provide HR generalist support for our Service Solutions (SSO) organization. This is an individual contributor role, and part of the Americas HR Business Partner team. As a member of this team you will:
- Lead the ongoing SSO talent review process for assigned client groups.
- Assess and identify high performing / high potential leaders, work with leaders to ensure succession and development plans are in place. Coach and assist with the development of SSO Field Managers.
- Provide clear and effective coaching & counseling to management on all HR issues, including performance feedback, formal discipline, and employment law matters.
- Provide prompt and successful resolution to employee issues / concerns. Effectively counsel leaders on Employee Relations issues and reduce potential business liabilities.
- Engage and help lead employee communications and change management initiatives.
- Partner with field managers to ensure performance management and compensation plans are administered in a manner consistent with business and organizational goals, and that performance management activities are ongoing and aligned with pay for performance culture.

| Requirements |
The successful candidate must have and/or be:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist capacity directly supporting client groups.
- Experience working in a high tech business or lean manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required; degree in human resources or related field preferred.
- Willing to travel up to 25% of the time as business needs require throughout assigned geographies.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule as business needs require.
- Proven ability to influence and coach at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to contribute to the design and implementation of HR strategies, programs, and processes in support of the overall business strategy.
- Proficient communication and presentation skills.
- Effective organization and planning skills as well as solid analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand the drivers to business performance.
- Solid computer skills with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
Knowledge/skills in the following HR functions to include:
- Employee Relations
- Staffing
- Compensation
- Organizational Development & Training
- Working knowledge of the various Federal/State/Local employment laws and how to apply them
