We are seeking a person to provide HR generalist support for our Beaverton Operations and Component Solutions business groups. This is an individual contributor role - part of the Americas HR Business Partner team. As a member of this team, your mission is to provide value to associates/managers by driving consistent HR processes while protecting corporate values. You will be responsible for developing a close working relationship with your HR peers as well as your business group customers.
As the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible and accountable for providing Beaverton Operations and Component Solutions managers and associates with a key point of contact for associate relations, talent review process support, staffing monitoring, performance management and progressive discipline support.

| Requirements |
The successful candidate must have:
- 5 or more years' experience working as a HR Business Partner required
- Experience working specifically in a high tech or lean manufacturing environment is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA is desired.
The successful candidate must have knowledge/skills in the following HR functions to include:
- Employee Relations
- Staffing
- Compensation
- Organizational Development
The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following:
- Knowledge and skills supporting a geographically dispersed service organization
- Influencing skills, and strong assessment and analytical skills
- Knowledge and experience in a lean-based business
- An in-depth knowledge of HR labor laws and regulations for Oregon and the US
- A demonstrated ability to anticipate and identify issues, recommend solutions, and lead change/improvement initiatives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to influence at various levels of an organization
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle HR and Success Factors talent review tool to deliver defined outputs
- The ability to work with ambiguity in a continuously changing/matrixed environment
