Day to Day:
with the Human Resources management team and the executive team to identify
short and long-term organization goals.
with the organizational development team to enhance employee lifecycle.
assess and recommend corresponding Talent Acquisition/HR strategies to meet
the design and implementation of strategic initiatives, workforce planning
programs, and process improvements that strike an optimal balance between
compliance and agility.
current knowledge of changing workforce issues, hiring trends and legal
and maintain proper reporting and tracking mechanisms to ensure compliance with
all federal, state and local statutes
and project manage cross-functional Human Resources projects, leading project
teams, employing accepted project management techniques, and the development of
policies, programs and practices to meet the evolving needs of the business.
