Position Specific Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Behavioral Science or closely related, relevant field and three years of progressively responsible professional-level experience which demonstrates the ability to accomplish the essential functions of the position. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, co-workers, and constituents, write detailed reports, review and process detailed documents, handle confidential personnel issues, and make presentations. Demonstrated experience working with diverse groups.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in public administration, business, political science, or related degree. Background in investigations. Experience working in higher education. Fluency in English and a second language. Familiarity with diversity initiatives in higher education or other work environments, experience coordinating or supporting a recruitment function; and a successful record of enhancing organizational diversity. |
