Essential Functions:
v Sources, screens, and interviews candidates for sales positions and coordinates the interview process of sales candidates with sales management personnel for current job openings.
v Consults with hiring managers on presented candidates to determine whether or not to continue the interview process and to identify candidates to extend job offers to.
v Recommends, develops and implements with management approval methods and programs designed to provide an incentive sales environment and retention of employees.
v Places cold telephone calls to achieve recruiting goals and to identify potential sales candidates for employment.
v Conducts Internet sourcing, social networking, and posting of jobs on various job boards and sites.
v Works to establish partnerships with local and national recruiting sources, professional and trade organizations, and educational institutions for sourcing of and relationship building with sales candidates.
v Conducts required background screening including reference checking of candidates.
v Provides weekly report to upper management projecting hiring forecast and pipeline of sales candidates for anticipated hiring needs.
v Works closely with Human Resources to coordinate new hire orientation and start date of employment for accepted offers of employment by candidates.
v Performs other recruiting and staffing duties as assigned by Vice President of Sales.
