· Duties include processing invoices, purchase orders, log reconciliation, payroll & petty cash.
· Creating batches and accurately keying earnings and adjusting information as needed.
· Importing and auditing time and attendance information.
· Submitting payroll for preview and reviewing reports for accuracy before finalizing payroll submission.
· Performing regular tests of compensation and hours information for certain positions based on Connecticut wage and hour regulations.
· Organizing and maintaining all payroll and accounts payable files, recording and backing up all information
