Tree Top, Inc., a manufacturer & marketer of consumer food products is looking for a qualified team player to fill the position of Human Resources Support Manager at our Wenatchee plant in Wenatchee, WA. 

DESCRIPTION:  Reporting to the Wenatchee Plant Manager, this position will manage employment, plant scheduling, employee/labor relations, safety and training, plant payroll, benefits and administrative budget.  Will assist in making and interpreting company policy and will interpret applicable state and federal laws.  This position will manage administrative office staff for optimum efficiency and will have significant interface with employees at all levels.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Ideal candidate will have degree in Business, HR or related discipline with 3-5 years progressively responsible experience managing employment and recruitment.  Must possess effective communication, planning, organization, leadership and presentation skills and demonstrate success managing employee performance and establishing teamwork and cooperation at all levels to accomplish plant objectives.  Computer proficiency (Kronos and Windows applications) and working knowledge of Continuous Improvement are advantages.
