We have an exciting opportunity for a high energy individual to join our HR team in the Corporate Headquarters of our company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for coordinating and processing all aspects of the payroll process using ADP software. Knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations, which includes federal law, garnishments and taxes.
· Essential responsibilities include: Compiling, validating and inputting time records each pay period, updating the system with corrected information such as rate and departmental changes, direct deposits, address changes, W-4's, responding to our employees timely and with accurate information.
· Administer and maintain accurate records and employee documentation for all Company benefits programs.
· Administer benefits continuation program, including sending COBRA letters, payment application, and coordination with insurance carriers.
· Responsible for all personnel transactions within HRIS system, such as hires, promotions, performance reviews, and terminations, tracking of Company’s Paid Time Off plans and responding to employee inquiries.
· Maintain integrity of employee personnel files to ensure compliance with statutory recordkeeping requirements and Company retention and documentation policy.
· Respond to general HR, payroll and benefits inquiries.
· Provide periodic relief for the reception desk according to schedule and as needed.
