ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

•Stop traffic in all directions to provide safe crossing for students
•Escort students through intersections in the immediate area of the school
•Assist buses entering and exiting the school, to include stopping traffic
•Maintain safe area in and around the streets

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

•Knowledge of guidelines pertaining to traffic guard operations
•Ability to work independently

SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION

•Physical Requirements: Requires continuous standing and walking during the assigned work schedule

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
30 minutes in the morning & 30 minutes in the afternoon
