Title Payroll and Records Administrator

Description

Position is a key partner in the HR Team. Performs biweekly payroll processing for 200 associates through imports from HRIS and Timesheet programs into payroll system. Manages tax filing process through outside vendor. Creates and maintains electronic files and personnel records and administers company benefits. Assists in hiring process by creating offer packets, tracking drug and background check results, and completing new hire paperwork with new associates.  Provides orientation to new associates on timesheet program and other functions. The position offers a flexible schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week.

Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree and/or 2+ years HR/Payroll experience.  PHR certification a plus.  Must have high level of computer proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook as well as Payroll and HRIS systems.  Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and strong organizational skills.
