| Description |
Responsible for performing complex human resources functions in the area of employee benefits. Duties include: benefits administration of all corporate benefits (multi-state plans); handling of routine and complex employee benefit problems; reconciliation of vendor bills, claims, and stop-loss insurance; perform employee orientation of benefits package; oversee all benefits correspondence (i.e. COBRA and HIPAA notices, etc.); coordinate all employee out-processing; track employees on medical leaves of absence and adhere to all government mandated compliance issues; provide managers, vendors, and other departments with specific information/reports as needed; coordinate benefit open enrollment and work closely with HR Director and vendors during benefit renewal process. Candidate will be a member of the Corporate HR department and will assist in other areas as assigned. Position may oversee lower level employees within the benefits department. |
| Requirements |
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of five years work related experience, including benefit experience required. Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and database programs preferred. Deltek Costpoint experience preferred. |
