as secretary to the Council and committees; attends meetings; takes and
transcribes minutes; emails out minutes for review.
and updates Council’s listing; corresponds with city and county officials to
appoint new Council members. Keeps new Council members informed of issues of
all Council meetings and coordinates arrangements for all public meetings,
plans meeting locations for Council and committees; coordinates with local
governments that are sponsoring meetings; prepares monthly meeting notices and
agendas; keeps attendance list of Council members.
as designated travel coordinator; makes all travel arrangements for all staff.
Maintains files on upcoming meetings, conferences, etc., to be attended by
Executive Director, program directors, and staff; makes necessary
registrations, lodging accommodations, and travel arrangements for attendance
to such events.
A-95 reviews for region with appropriate staff.
directs, and evaluates assigned staff, processing employee concerns and
problems, directing work, counseling, disciplining, and completing employee
in updating bylaws, policies, procedures, as directed by the Executive Director
and maintains log on all funds received.
contracts; notarizes and processes contracts and other documents; develops and oversees
documents, contracts, and publications as needed.
various forms, reports, correspondence, manuals, reference materials, or other
documentation; reviews, completes, processes, forwards or retains as
correspondence for the Executive Director.
calendar for the Executive Director and maintains calendar for agency staff.
to inquiries from local governments and citizens.
as a key operator for office machines.
as office manager for building maintenance.
a computer to enter, retrieve, review, or modify data; verifies accuracy of
entered data and makes corrections; utilizes word processing, spreadsheet, or
other software programs.
with Executive Director, employees, other departments, the public, and other
individuals as needed to coordinate work activities, review status of work,
exchange information, or resolve problems.
