HR practitioner with experience in recruitment, knowledge of OD practices, and HR generalist functions and responsibilities. I recently passed the PHR® exam and desire an exempt-level HR role.

HR SPECIALIST II

·        Support the employment process by managing requisitions, and employee files. Facilitate the interview process and all necessary record-keeping. Prepare and send all written communication including offer letters: Union and Non-Union environment.

·        Review new hire paperwork and ensure employees and candidates meet established company and regulatory employment requirements and standards. Review background and drug testing results.

·        Audit reports related to HR functions and work with managers and payroll to clean up inconsistencies in data reported (e.g. OFCCP audits and AAP reporting).

·        Perform automated transactions between our ATS (Taleo) and HRIS (PeopleSoft) to support the hiring process. Additionally, run and analyze associated reports to ensure practice efficiencies (time-to-fill, referral source, applicant flow tracking, etc.).

·        Perform vendor management functions in relation to unemployment processing (TALX).

·        Maintain active involvement in recruiting projects that support talent acquisition strategies (e.g. ERP development and managing the utilization of job board sites: CareerBuilder and Monster).
