Employment & Recruitment Administrator
- Drove all elements of full-cycle
recruiting process, employee development and relations, federal compliance
reports, alignment of HR strategies and company-wide initiatives for three
separate employee groups (2 unions and salaried) employees in two states (approx. 385 in Washington &
Oregon).
- Advised and supported HR management and
senior level leaders in various HR areas affecting the department, headquarters
and company, specifically on the integration of four utility groups, the
