ADP Automated Data Processing- Benefits Rep 02/18/2008 – 11/11/2008
As a Benefits Representative, I handled phone calls and e-mail from client practitioners regarding functions, processes, and issues. I was accountable to the Service Delivery Manager for monitoring the delivery and quality of deliverables to the client. I also prepared standard reports and send them to clients and management. I receive cases from a participant call center; provide day-to-day support to the employees of ADP customers and the benefits providers.
