· Industry experience includes Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Pharmaceutical, PEO, Government, Construction, Distribution, Newspaper, and Retail in Corporate, Division, Distribution Center and Call Center environments/business units.

· Computer skills include MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), HRIS and Accounting Software – data entry, setting up corporate/system data and generating reports on Kronos, ADP, TBS, Peachtree, SSS, Great Plains and other time keeping, HR, and accounting software.
· Employee Relations-- Advise management, counsel with employees and assist with disciplinary action plans; Communicate HR processes to employees through new employee orientation, written and verbal communications; Promote process improvement and effective communications; Identify process improvements; Coach managers in understanding employee issues, concerns and underlying causes and creating resolutions.
· Talent Management including sourcing, full charge recruiting and terminations. Work with all levels of the management team on employee relation/performance development issues with fast growing companies.
· Administration of benefits and knowledge of employment laws pertaining to PTO, FMLA, LTD, STD, Life, Health, Pension, 401(k), 457, Drug and EAP, Flex Spending (Health and Dependent Care). · Training/developing includes coordinating training, presentations and developing staff by fostering good customer relations; documentation of training; communicate benefit changes and HR processes to employees and managers.
· Compensation including full charge payroll and managing the review process as well as maintaining job descriptions and job classifications.
· Create, revise and communicate changes in policies, practices and procedures based on knowledge of the Employee Handbook to promote consistent and fair decisions by management in all matters of employee relations.
· Accounting experience includes preparing Journal entries, balancing various general ledger accounts, full charge payroll, job costing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, (Invoicing, Posting receipts, collection calls and resolving credit issues), banking (deposits, transfers, line of credit, balancing bank statements), full charge payroll (entry, processing, commissions, taxes, W-2/1099, month end closing/reports) and signing checks manually and electronically. Compile various sales and control reports.
· Customer Service skills apply to internal and external customers including all level of employees and managers, retail stores, wholesale accounts, subcontractors, general public suppliers and vendors.
